In a hidden forest where time slows down, a little girl follows the glow of magic, guided by tiny lights and a kind old gnome… ✨
Every step reveals a new secret, as if the forest itself is softly telling her a story meant only for her.
Chain smoking or constantly vaping? That’s a serious risk. ⚠️
Doing it back-to-back floods your body with nicotine and toxic chemicals in a short time. This puts intense strain on your heart and lungs, raising blood pressure, reducing oxygen levels, and increasing the risk of addiction, breathing problems, and long-term diseases.
Your body doesn’t get time to recover between exposures, which makes the damage build up faster. Whether it’s cigarettes or vapes, overuse can hit your health harder than you think.

Cooking ribs low and slow is the key to tender, juicy meat. The long cooking time breaks down tough connective tissue, turning it soft and flavorful instead of chewy. Rushing the process with high heat just dries them out.
Finish with a glaze at the end to lock in moisture and build that sticky, caramelized crust. Patience plus technique is what takes ribs from average to unforgettable.
Here is the workflow and part of the prompts for the unedited version of The Written Motion: Volume 3 — KINETIC. In this volume, I was just experimenting and imagining what it would be like if I were into sports. 😅
Fun fact, every clip shown here is a first-take. I usually try to stick with the first generation or maybe one reroll to save both credits and time. If a result fails, I usually just try a different scenario instead.
I’m also using a new prompting approach called "Auteur Brief" prompting. It is shorter than my usual screenplay style and adds a new "reasoning logic" segment. The structure is [INTENT] > [LOGIC] > [AESTHETIC] > [EXECUTION] but only the execution part is shown in the video.
I tried this approach because character limits, so I needed a way to pack more info for 15-second generations. The catch is that it relies heavily on the model’s reasoning, which can sometimes lead to hallucinations or wrong interpretations.
I will go into more detail about this experiment later.
Sore throat or gum irritation? Try this simple remedy. 🧂💧
Gargling salt water can help reduce bacteria and ease swelling in your mouth and throat. The salt creates an environment that’s harder for bacteria to thrive in while also drawing out excess fluid from inflamed tissues, which helps reduce discomfort.
It’s a quick, gentle way to support healing and keep your mouth feeling cleaner—just don’t swallow it, and use it as a supplement, not a replacement for proper care.
The more you stay in, the harder it gets to go out. ⚠️
Spending too much time at home can slowly reduce your motivation to be social or active. Your brain adapts to comfort and routine, making outside activities feel like more effort over time. This can lead to lower energy, less confidence, and missed opportunities to connect with others.
Getting out—even in small ways—helps break that cycle. Fresh environments, movement, and social interaction all support better mental health and overall well-being. Sometimes the hardest step is just stepping outside.
